August 3, Bridgewater Board of Selectmen call for upcoming town action
  At the Board of Selectmen Meeting this Friday morning at 8am, votes were taken to move forward with two actions relative to finance:
(a) By a unanimous vote, a Special Town Meeting is called for Monday August 20th at 7:30pm at the new B-R Regional High School to address an override ballot question.
(b) By a 4-1 vote {Mark Oliari NO}, the Board also set a special ballot election for Saturday September 8th from 7am to 8pm to vote on a $2,199,655 override.

You can do something!
After about 90 minutes of discussion, including two Selectmen who were "not happy with the way we got here", trying to plan a process for moving forward finally won out with the passage of the motions to schedule Special Town Meeting and Special Election.
   Hopefully, rather than talk about what is wrong with B-R, the Selectmen can come forward with positive actions to improve the situation of the Town.
