July 15, Bridgewater and Annual Audits Someone who read my recent story, and reference to "long overdue audit" provided my with an electronic copy of the Town's Audit for FY2006.  {Click here for the report}    The report begins with a comment about lacking certain document(s), so-called 'Government-wide financial stements".  I am trying to determine what is meant by those exceptions noted.
