May 17, Facts & figures for Bridgewater's upcoming Override vote

While reviewing the Town website for the latest on the Over-ride vote and materials, I saw where my website was referenced as the source of information for the B-R School District.  To be clear, what was used was the PowerPoint presentation made at one of the budget forums.  I also heard that my website was referenced on BTV-9 as the source of info.  For a variety of reasons, I published the presentation on my site for others to find -- so, here is the link again {click here for budget presentation}
   As far as the effect of the over-ride, I was pretty close with my early estimates of the tax impact to the average single family home as $407.44 -- the report published on the Town's website forecasts this as $411.   Together with the projected increase for normal operations of $189, this would mean an increase of $600 next year on the annual tax bill.
