You can do something!
John Kerry a couple nights back: “You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.”
The junior Senator from our State further embarassed himself and our entire State with his stupid comments. Perhaps he was attempting a joke to poke fun at the President? What is next for John... dead baby jokes? Senator, if you want to try your hand at comedy, I suggest you try comedy clubs. A U.S. Senator - and at only one hundred members that is a very small group - are expected to lead our nation. That does not mean you can make fun of the people who risk their lives everyday to defend our country.
Perhaps the junior Senator was for the joke before he was against the joke!
