You can do something!
April 27, After the success of the first joint B-R School, Brdigewater and Raynham Selectmen Meeting...

The first meeting of these three boards on Tuesday April 25th opened a good dialog among the 16 elected officials (15 attended) for the Bridgewater-Raynham School Committee, the Bridgewater Selectmen and the Raynham Selectmen.  This was the first time anyone could recall these three elected groups had ever had a joint meeting to discuss the future of the communities and education for the 6000 students.
Bridgewater begins the Town Meeting process with their Town Meeting set for Monday May 2nd.  However, finances and budgets are not slated to be part of the discussion.  Raynham has their Town Meeting on Monday May 16.
It is with these dates in mind that the Bridgewater-Raynham School Committee voted last night to invite the two boards to once again join us for a discussion on the future of the towns and education.  This will be on Thursday, May 19th at 7pm, location to be determined.
