April 19, Upcoming Town Elections in Bridgewater & Raynham for B-R School Committee

REMINDER to all Bridgewater and Raynham voters that the Town Elections this Saturday will include a contested race for a Raynham seat on the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School Committee.  Bill Nickerson took out papers as soon as they were available, demonstrating his desire to represent the two communities for this important role; Gordon took out papers later on for unknown reasons.
To set the record straight, yes Bill did support me in my race last year for the B-R School Committee while Gordon worked for my opponent.  Most importantly for Bridgewater residents is his never-ending diatribe against Bridgewater voters stating that residents must step up and pay for education, that Bridgewater has not properly funded education, and that if an over-ride is necessary then so be it.  Very easy talk for someone who will not have to pay the bill.
Gordon, it is clear where you come from and what your intention is; besides serving on every Board in Town.  (Having Bridgewater taxpayers pay more in taxes !!!)

Mr. Nickerson is a product of the B-R System, all of his children attend(ed) B-R Schools, he has been active in youth and community programs from athletics to Boys & Girls Clubs.  He is not in anyone's camp, and he will come to the Bridgewater-Raynham School Committee with experience that is badly needed - in union contract negotiations.

I urge you to vote for William "Bill" Nickerson for Bridgewater-Raynham Schoool Committee (Raynham) at Town Elections on Saturday April 23rd.
