You can do something!
In what I still believe to be the wrong option, the town voted (about 67 in attendance) to move forward with a plan to once again raid the Capital Projects Fund created by Special Legislation in 1997. And for those who contend that the modular rent is a capital expense, I challenge you to find in MGL Chapter 44 Sections 7 & 8 where these expenses are acceptable to the 1997 Special Legislation (Chapter 22 of Acts of 1997).
