You can do something!
March 18, Are some people in Bridgewater attempting to circumvent the process?

A group is forming that wishes to circumvent the process which we have elected and appointed town officials to perform. Much the same process was circumvented in the recent so called searches for a new Superintendant and School Construction Project Manager, the call for a premature override is a blatant attempt to force the town into once more circumventing the process. My purpose in running as your elected representative to the School Committee is to secure the best education possible within the fiscal restraints of our towns. My analytical abilities allow me to focus on the best posible use of your taxpayer dollars.  I will not be an impediment as my opponent wishes to portray me, but an asset, to the School Committee.  Keeping within my primary objective for the best possible education for our children, I will bring up new and innovative ideas for the Region, with the express purpose of using new and fresh approaches to improve, and fiscally stabilize our schools.   I will not rubber stamp a proposal because it fits within the paramaters of my opposition's group.  I will open the School Committee up to all parents, students, teachers, taxpayers and town leaders, and not disregard suggestions or remarks because they might not fit in with my opponent's agenda.
