| February 17, Bridgewater Selectmen Jim Nihan announces he will not seek re-election During the 'Selectmen Comment" section of tonight's scheduled meeting, Jim announced that he will not seek re-election in this spring's town elections. After a half-dozen years on the Board of Selectmen, and another half-dozen on our School Committee, he decided that it was time to leave. Through the years, I have not always agreed with Jim (nor do I agree with any of the Selectmen consistently), however I have always respected his opinions and his concern for the community |
