You can do something!
December 12, Raynham average homeowner tax bill to descrease

Even though Raynham just came through a revaluation of property, because of the tremendous new growth in Raynham, actual property tax are decreasing.  The average assessment for a single-family house this year is $286,500, with a $2,770 bill for property taxes. That same house last year would have been valued at $197,100 and billed $2,844 for taxes.  This means a $74 savings to each homeowned.  By comparison, in Bridgewater, the estimated tax rate will increase by $0.35/$1k assessed, or about $97 on the average $277k home.
