You can do something!
November 20,
Bridgewater Selectmen move forward with plan to trim departments by 2.2%

The Board of Selectmen decided by a 3-2 vote to move forward with a plan with across the board cuts to all departments - including public safety departments of Fire / Ambulance / Police.  The proposal would trim $66k from Police and $62k from Fire/Ambulance.  With a Special Town Meeting set for December 8th on this issue, it will be of paramount importance to all citizens to think about what these further cuts to public safety will mean.
