Selectmen Luciano announced that the State had cerified Raynham's Free Cash position of $1,508,080. To help put this into perspective, the fiscal 2004 budget is a little less than $22M. Quite an impressive dollar amount.
Ask someone in town about Bridgewater's Free Cash, and the response is probably not as much money as you have in your basement in nickel bottle and can returns.
