October 29, Discussions by Boston for buying prescription drugs out of Canada This is counter to the FDA. While it is admirable of a municipality to explore options to save money, it is plain wrong to break known laws or rules to accomplish the task. Worcester, Boston -- nice try, but change the laws first before attempting to flout the laws. If the ends justify the means, then we will be going down a slippery slope where we choose which rules we desire to follow. It is wrong for the government to willingly and purposefully violate the laws - federal or state. This sets a bad example for the citizens, and demonstrates contempt for the legal process. |
