originally thought for Walgreens

CVS has bought for approx. $1.5M the two properties (9 & 19 Summer Street's) that were going to become the site of a new Walgreens store. No timetable has been released yet on this project.
Also, CVS has already begun inquiries with concerned citizen groups in an attempt to ease the way for the new store -- learning a lesson from previous site problems experienced by Walgreens.
