I have created two spreadsheet reports detailing the added tax burdens for all of the recently passed school projects.
This one is with Williams at $5M
This one is for complete Williams renovation at $25M
This second calculation is important since there is still indecision on the part of the B-R School Comm. as to which project it will undertake at the Williams School. Note that if the full $25M project is chosen, the cost to the $300k Bridgewater homeowner will be over $6200 for the first ten years. (Based on declining debt service, interest-only payment for first seven years.) This is in addition to your current taxes, and does not include the Police Station. (It does include the costs for the newly opened and vacant Fire Substation.)
