Most of the meeting was comprised of typical year-end financial transfers between accounts. There was one Article that appeared to be the reason for many in attendance - the authorization for the Bridgewater Selectmen to sign an agreement with Mrs. Pawlowski for the purchase of her 87.3 +/- acre farm property. This issue, as all others, passed quickly.
During the meeting, it was recessed for a few minutes to allow the Selectmen to reconvene their meeting and sign the P&S document. The Special Town Meeting was then resumed and adjourned.
