After Bridgewater voted to fund B-R District with $13,562,700 for FY04, the school district determined that Bridgewater may not have funded to the required state minimum.

The $13.5M is above that threshold, however it is not clear about other non-discretionary funding requirements. (In FY03, this amounted to about $1M for Bridgewater.)
